At GreatWave Communications, our goal is to provide you with the most modern communication services possible with the ultimate customer experience.  With that goal in mind, we have made some technology upgrades that will benefit you.  We are also excited to announce we have launched a NEW TV PRODUCT!

Unfortunately, with the launch of the new tv service, we will no longer be offering a traditional cable tv product after DECEMBER 31ST 2023.  With the change in technology, we cannot carry a coax connected tv product anymore.  If the outstanding digital boxes that are in service lose communication with our facility, we will not be able to provide a new set top box.  Therefore, we are encouraging our remaining customers to make the switch as soon as possible.   With our new TV product, we are offering the same channel package, but you will view it with a Roku, Firestick, smart device, or set top box.  With our set top box, you will be able to have the ability to input a channel number, just as you do now.

We will not be renting digital boxes like we currently do.  You will need to purchase a Roku, Firestick or set top box, all which we have at the office.  You will need a device for each tv.  If you currently have a Roku or Firestick, we just need to setup your account, then you can download the app and start watching TV.

When you switch to the new tv service, we will need to connect you to our internet service.  This will be an added cost to what you are currently paying.  Many areas of Conneaut have fiber to the home (FTTH) technology and some area still have cable modem.  Both types of internet will allow you to connect to the new tv product.

Please contact us as soon as possible to switch the TV service.  If we do not hear from you, a customer service rep will be reaching out to switch your TV service.  We need to have you switched before we must disconnect the current tv service

Effective January 1, 2024 the Federal Univ. Service Charge (FUSC)for Residential, Single Bus., Multi-line Bus. and Bus. Centrex will be increased from 34.5% to 34.6%.
